Payment

Harmony Hub Counseling is a private-pay (out-of-pocket) practice. Payment is processed securely by card through the client portal.

Payment is required prior to each session. Your card is charged before the appointment, so please keep a valid payment method on file in your client portal.

Keeping a card on file makes this automatic — you won't need to handle payment at the time of your session.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Because that time can't be offered to someone else on short notice, the following applies:

Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice. Cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice and you'll be charged the full session fee.
No-shows are charged in full. A missed appointment without notice is charged the full session fee.

To cancel or reschedule, use your client portal or reach out as early as you can. Life happens — if something urgent comes up, get in touch and it'll be handled with care.

Session Fees

All new clients begin with an initial intake session before ongoing individual or family sessions.

  • Initial Intake (60 min): $175 — required before ongoing sessions
  • Individual Session (53 min): $160
  • Family Session (53 min): $185

All sessions are held by secure telehealth, available anywhere in Florida. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available for financial hardship — please ask during your consult.

Insurance & Superbills

Harmony Hub Counseling doesn't bill insurance directly. Paying out of pocket means greater privacy and no diagnosis on your insurance record.

If you have out-of-network benefits, a superbill (an itemized receipt) is available on request to submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your insurer, not this practice.

Privacy & Your Information

Your privacy is protected in accordance with HIPAA and applicable Florida law. What you discuss in session is confidential, and your records are never sold or used for marketing.

This practice uses SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant platform built for healthcare providers, for scheduling, intake paperwork, records, secure messaging, telehealth video, and payments. Your information is encrypted and managed through that secure client portal.

Please keep clinical details to the secure portal. Standard email and text are not secure channels for protected health information. General questions by email or phone are fine; anything sensitive should go through the SimplePractice portal.

Before your first session, you'll receive a Notice of Privacy Practices explaining, in full, how your health information may be used and disclosed, and your rights. Confidentiality is protected by law, with limited exceptions that are explained in full in that notice.

Communication. As noted above, standard email and text are not secure. Please do not send protected health information or sensitive clinical details through this website, email, or text — use the SimplePractice portal for anything sensitive.

Third-party links & tools. This site relies on SimplePractice for scheduling, payments, and the client portal, and may link to outside resources. Harmony Hub Counseling is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites or services.

Intellectual property. The text, design, and branding on this site are the property of Harmony Hub Counseling and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmony Hub Counseling is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update them from time to time; the date below reflects the latest revision.
